Abstract

Saanen dairy goats, lambs, feeding trials and digestion and metabolism trials, four kinds of the lamb early feeding pellet feed added ingredients - phagostimulant, enzymes, acidifiers and bacitracin zinc add programs optimized. Were selected and 13-day-old health disease, similar weight Saanen dairy goats, 63 lambs were randomly divided into 21 treatments, each for 3 sheep, a total of five relatively independent test. Optimal add 4 the trials were phagostimulant, enzymes, acidifiers and bacitracin zinc respective optimal add program or add a level of screening, testing on the basis of the pre-test results, select the four kinds of added ingredients program or add a level of compatibility tests. 1 Add phagostimulant feed intake and growth performance of lactating Lamb. Test four treatments, treatment A control group was fed the basal diet; treatment B, basal diet supplemented with sucrose 2%; treatment C, creamy flavors of the basal diet supplemented with sucrose 2% 1.0g/kg supplementary material; processing D basal diet supplemented with sucrose 2% strawberry flavor 1.0g/kg supplementary material. The results show that: the B, C and D treated feed intake and daily weight gain was higher than group A 4.82g, 15.13 g, 18.06 g and 21.95g, 49.77g, 54.97g. Group of B, C and D processing of dry matter, crude protein, total energy apparent digestibility were higher than group A 1.89%, 9.09%, 10.20% and 4.65%, 6.35%, 6.74% and 0.87%, 7.67%, 6.69%. Thus, D optimal solution oriented the study design phagostimulant add program. Adding enzyme preparation study on lactation lambs feed digestibility and growth performance. Test four treatments, treatment A control group was fed the basal diet; treatment B, basal diet neutral protease 5000U/kg α-amylase 5000U/kg; treatment C, basal diet neutral protease 5000U/kg lipase 5000U/kg; processing D the basal diet neutral protease 5000U/kg α-amylase 5000U/kg fat enzyme 5000U/kg. The test results show that: the B, C and D treated daily gain and dry matter, crude protein, total energy apparent digestibility were higher than group A 22.3g, 7.98 g, 23.89g and 2.27%, 0.87%, 2.68 and 4.77%, 4.20%, 4.40% and 4.56%, 0.65%, 5.18%. This shows that the the enzyme preparation program in the D group-based study design optimal solution. 3 Add acidifier lactation lambs feed digestibility and growth performance. Test three treatments, treatment A control group was fed the basal diet; treatment B, basal diet acidifiers I 9g/kg (Department acid force 20 mmolHCL/100g); processing C, the basic daily amount acidifier products II 13g/kg (of Department the acid force 20 mmolHCL/100g). The test results show that: the B and C treated daily gain and dry matter, crude protein, total energy apparent digestibility were higher than group A 24.43 g, 21.17g and 4.06%, 1.98% and 0.88%, 0.49% and 5.25 %, 2.37%. Acidifier product I shows that the acidifier the preferred products. Add bacitracin zinc feed intake and growth performance of lactating Lamb. Test four treatments, treatment A control group fed the basal diet; treatment B, the basal diet bacitracin zinc 400U/kg supplementary material; processing C the basal diet bacitracin zinc 800U/kg supplementary material; treatment D , basal diet supplemented with bacitracin to zinc 1200U/kg supplementary material. The test results show that: B, C and D treated daily gain and dry matter, crude protein, total energy apparent digestibility were higher than group A 12.46g, 36.13g, 14.59g and 2.31%, 5.95%, 1.96 and 0.77%, 2.28%, 0.97% and 1.25%, 3.54%, 1.06%. Shows, 800U/kg as bacitracin zinc addition levels. Compatibility add enzyme preparations, the acidifier phagostimulant - and strawberry flavors and bacitracin zinc lactation the lambs feed digestibility and growth performance. The test is divided into six treatments, treatment A control group fed the basal diet; treatment B, basal diet enzyme preparations acidifier phagostimulant of - strawberry flavor; processing C, the basal diet supplemented with enzyme preparation phagostimulant - strawberry flavor and bacitracin zinc; treatment D, the basal diet supplemented with enzyme preparation acidifier bacilli peptide zinc; processing E the basal diet the acidifier phagostimulant - strawberry flavor and bacitracin zinc; processing F, basal diet supplemented with enzyme preparation acidifier - - add strawberry flavor the phagostimulant bacitracin zinc test with various additives are selected in the first four trials optimal program. The test results show that: B, C, D, E and F treated daily gain and dry matter, crude protein, total apparent digestibility of energy, respectively, higher than in group A 54.03g 50.39g, 48.18g, 58.13g 60.73g and 6.05%, 4.36%, 5.25%, 7.53%, 8.46% and 6.87%, 6.34%, 6.59%, 4.79%, 7.18% and 6.05%, 3.59%, 2.47%, 7.02% and 7.54%. Comprehensive analysis of the results showed that the best four-component joint added, followed acidifier phagostimulant - the strawberry flavor bacitracin zinc enzyme preparations acidifier phagostimulant - the strawberry flavor enzyme preparation phagostimulant - Strawberry flavors bacitracin zinc and the enzyme preparation acidifier bacilli peptide zinc, which added four components jointly add, and acidifiers phagostimulant - the strawberry flavor bacitracin zinc three-component joint production significantly outperforms other combinations (P lt; 0.05 ), but the difference between the two is not statistically significant (P gt; 0.05), the difference between the other combinations are not significant (P gt; 0.05).
