Abstract

To the \environmental construction, the use of three-factor quadratic general rotary unitized design, the use of a combination of environmental control technology and simulation experiments, the selection of Main Planting Tree Species P. orientalis and Acer truncatum saplings pot experiment. 2 afforestation tree processing in the five water treatment level (soil water content of 7.50%, 9.78%, 13.13%, 16.47%, 18.75%), constant water supply harmonious variable water supply (three-factor quadratic general rotary unitized design) under the conditions of its sprig of hydraulic conductivity, water potential, the variation of the ultra-weak luminescence and biomass research. The main findings are as follows: 1. Increase soil moisture increased the sprig hydraulic conductivity value; Growing Season of the contribution of the water supply of P. orientalis and Acer truncatum sprig hydraulic conductivity, growth early contribution to the smallest. Therefore reduce embolization to make P. orientalis and Acer truncatum conducting tissue, maintain normal conducting adequate supply of water in the Growing Season. P. orientalis and Acer truncatum water potential increased with increasing soil moisture; oriental arborvitae afternoon leaf water potential recovery (maximum recovery of 94.89%) was significantly greater than the of Acer truncatum afternoon leaf water potential to restore a degree (maximum recovery 85.27%); meteorological factors affecting trees in leaf water potential, temperature is the most important factor affecting the Oriental Arborvitae water potential, relative humidity is the most important factor to affect ingot Maple Leaf water potential. Second growth phase of the water supply with minimal impact on arborvitae water potential, while Acer truncatum water potential; first growth stages of water supplies on the greatest contribution to oriental arborvitae water potential, while Acer truncatum water potential contribution to the smallest broadleaf Acer truncatum and conifers oriental arborvitae different mechanism of adaptation to the environment. Orientalis and Acer truncatume ultraweak luminescence with increasing soil moisture increases, but compared with Acer truncatum oriental arborvitae increasing significantly higher; same soil moisture treatments, oriental arborvitae first growth stage ultraweak luminescence maximum, and decreases with prolonged growth time; the Acer truncatum first decreases and then increases; second growth stage water supply oriental arborvitae ultra-weak luminescence contribution, while the smallest the Acer truncatum ultra weak luminescence contribution third growth phase of the water supply of P. orientalis and Acer truncatum ultra weak luminescence with second growth stage opposite. Orientalis and Acer truncatum saplings fine roots (<1mm root) the percentage of root length or less, at between 97.25% to 99.51%; and Platycladus orientalis fine root biomass proportion is far greater than the Acer truncatum a difference of up to 47.74%, and the proportion of coarse roots (> 2mm root) root biomass biomass accounted compared to Acer truncatum> orientalis. The same soil moisture treatments, oriental arborvitae root biomass and plant biomass with increasing soil moisture increases, oriental arborvitae increased significantly compared to Acer truncatum high. Harmonic variable water supply of the P. orientalis Root biomass and plant biomass contribution to the initial stage of growth> Growing Season> growth of late, but the contribution of the Acer truncatum root biomass and biomass per plant of Growing Season> initial stage of growth> late growth stage.
