Abstract


Objective Adult mild congestion the maxillary model before and after the non - extraction treatment measurement study , changes in the dental arch compared before and after treatment , and to analyze its mechanism , clinical correction plan and forecast correction results provide a reference . Methods 22 patients with mild cases of crowded adult application of fixed appliance technology for correction . Measured before and after treatment of maxillary model , with the change of the dental arch the SPSS13.0 compare before and after treatment . Results slightly crowded adult non - extraction treatment maxillary arch before and after a number of indicators are changed . 1. The canine premolar District arch width are increased, the change was statistically significant . Molars arch width change is not statistically significant. Arch front section and the arch length increases, the change was statistically significant . The middle of the arch arch length change was not statistically significant . Conclusion non - extraction treatment of adults with mild crowding , through the to increase the canine premolar District arch width , increase the preceding paragraph and arch length , obtained clearance relieve congestion , to achieve satisfactory treatment effect .
