Objective: To investigate the micro- penetrating trabecular surgery (micro-perforating trabecularsurgery, MPTS) The Stock Exchange of hyaluronic acid gum the (SK gum ) implantation in the treatment of open-angle glaucoma clinical efficacy and safety , and non- wear permeability trabecular surgery ( Nonperforatingtrabecular surgery , NPTS ) United SK glue implantation clinical efficacy for comparison. Methods : live in our hospital from 2003 to 2007 received 60 cases ( 89 eyes) with open-angle glaucoma patients were studied retrospectively . Patients received the MPTS combined with SK gum implantation (24 patients , 36 eyes) , , and NPTS joint SK glue implantation (36 patients , 53 eyes) . Postoperatively using a standard eye chart Humphery perimeter Goldman tonometer , slit lamp microscope observation of the two groups of patients with visual acuity , field of vision , intraocular pressure , bleb complications , and analyzed statistically . Results: The patients were followed up for 1 to 24 months , with an average of 15.37 ± 4.18 months . MPTS group and NPTS group between the two groups before surgery , after the last review when the vision was no significant difference (P> 0.05). Between the two groups before surgery , after 1 to June mean IOP difference was not statistically significant ( P > 0.05 ) ; 9,12,24 months MPTS group and NPTS group mean IOP was 13.53 ± 1.35 mmHg and 15.46 ± 2.96 mmHg, 15.00 ± 1.71 mmHg and 16.77 ± 4.68 mmHg , 17.27 ± 1.75 mmHg and 18.40 ± 1.314 mmHg , mean IOP MPTS group below NPTS group , the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05 ) . MPTS group and NPTS group of surgical quality success rate were 94.4 % and 92.5% ( P > 0.05 ) , complete surgical success rates were 80.6% and 75.5% ( P > 0.05 ) . MPTS group and NPTS group postoperative hyphema , hypotony maculopathy incidence were 19.4% and 15.1% , 13.9% and 15.1% , the difference was not statistically significant ( P > 0.05 ) . Conclusion: The micro- penetrating trabeculectomy combined with SK glue implantation can effectively reduce the intraocular pressure of open-angle glaucoma , to protect the patient's visual function , and fewer complications , a new treatment of open-angle glaucoma effective surgical methods . Micro- penetrating trabeculectomy forward IOP lowering effect better than the non-penetrating trabeculectomy .
