Abstract


Of Objective: detection DCR3 , EGFR and Ki - 67 in colorectal cancer tissues expression levels to explore the correlation between the colorectal carcinoma DCR3 , EGFR and Ki67 proliferation of colorectal cancer cells judgment DCR3 and EGFR and mutual relations. Provide new ideas for colorectal cancer molecular targeted therapy to provide some guidance as well as looking for new treatment options . MATERIALS AND METHODS: collection of clinical surgical removal of the paraffin -embedded colorectal cancer specimens from 101 cases and 21 cases of adjacent normal tissue , made ??4um thick serial sections using immunohistochemical method ( two-step) detected 101 cases of colorectal cancer tissues and 21 cases of adjacent normal tissues DCR3 , EGFR and Ki-67 protein expression and observe the three clinical and pathological features such as differentiation, lymph node metastasis , Dukes stage of the relationship as well as the relationship between the three results SPSS13 .0 package for statistics, expressed as a percentage of the selected indicators DcR3 , EGFR and Ki - 67 in colon cancer , the expression level of correlation analysis of the level of expression of the three count data using Spearman rank correlation analysis ; single factor more than between samples were compared using analysis of variance . Results: ( 1 ) 101 cases colorectal carcinoma DCR3 , EGFR and Ki-67 expression rate was 64.3 % (66 /101) , 54.5% (55/ 100 ) , 75.2% (76 / 101 ) . (2) 21 cases of colorectal cancer and adjacent normal intestinal tissue were not found DCR3 EGFR and Ki-67 expression . ( 3 ) DcR3 , EGFR expression levels of Ki-67 expression was positively correlated ( r = 0.806, p lt ; 0.01 ; r = 0.855 , p lt ; 0.01 ) ( 4 ) DcR3 different groups of EGFR expression of Ki-67 expression labeling index variance analysis showed that colorectal carcinoma in DcR3 ( significant ) EGFR ( ) group Ki - 67LI ( Ki - 67 labeling index ) higher than DCR3 the positive group ( LSD - t = 28.02 , p lt ; O.O1 ) , separate EGFR -positive group ( LSD - t = 21.52 , p lt ; O.O1 ) and co - negative group ( LSD - t = 53.99 p lt ; O.O1 , ) . DcR3 ( ) EGFR ( - ) the group and DCR3 ( - ) EGFR ( ) between Ki-67 group p gt ; 0.05 , not statistically significant . Conclusion : 1.DCR3 , EGFR protein in colorectal cancer -specific expression . With DCR3 EGFR protein expression levels increased colorectal cancer cell proliferation activity has gradually increased . 3.DCR3 and EGFR possible synergies to increase the proliferative activity of colorectal cancer cells .
