Abstract


Target : To investigate the nucleotide excision repair system, members of the ERCC1, RRM1 at Ⅱ - Ⅳ non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in patients with surgical resection and intraoperative Hou Jixi expression levels of gemcitabine / cisplatin chemotherapy beneficial relationship Materials and methods : 1. in our hospital from 2000 to 2006 underwent surgery Ⅱ - Ⅳ stage NSCLC patients , randomly selected 68 cases of patients who met the inclusion criteria for the review of clinical data and survival follow-up, the final 57 cases were included in this study . (2) in 57 patients with NSCLC paraffin-embedded tissue specimens by immunohistochemistry to detect lung cancer ERCC1, RRM1 expression levels . 3 samples of the data used to compare rates x ~ 2 test , Kaplan-Meier survival analysis method , the survival curve for log-rank test , multiple factors on survival using the Cox proportional hazards regression model : 1.ERCC1 High expression of survival in the chemotherapy group was significantly higher than the chemotherapy group (P = 0.018), while no significant difference in the low expression (P = 0.088). 2.RRM1 low expression group survival compared with chemotherapy without chemotherapy was significantly longer (P = 0.010), while high expression was not found this difference (P = 0.092). 4 , multiple prognostic factors analysis shows expression levels of ERCC1 , complete surgical extent of adjuvant chemotherapy for survival independent factors . Conclusions : 1. Tumor tissue with high expression of ERCC1 from postoperative surgical patients with NSCLC GP regimen chemotherapy benefit , while low ERCC1 expression had no apparent benefit . 2 RRM1 low expression in tumor tissue of NSCLC patients from surgical patients benefit from adjuvant chemotherapy GP regimen , while high expression of RRM1 no obvious benefit . 3.ERCC1 expression level of thoroughness of surgery , postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy for NSCLC patients undergoing independent prognostic factor .
