Abstract

Objective: Through the observation of the animal experiments Toutongning capsules migraine efficacy and safety evaluation, and to explore the possible mechanism of the drug to treat the disease. Method: around part pharmacodynamic Toutongning capsules, in the the leptomeningeal microcirculation experiment of the body of mice were observed using stereomicroscope, light and heat stimulation induced pain model mice analgesic experiments, the use of acetic acid as abdominal capillary hyperpermeability induced inflammation model anti-inflammatory experimental headache capsule acute toxicity and long-term toxicity test conducted in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Chinese medicine pharmacology and toxicology. Results: 1. Experimental leptomeningeal microcirculation of normal mice, Toutongning capsule large, medium and small three-dose group and blank control group compared leptomeningeal microvascular cross border points can be increased to improve the small pia mater microcirculation in rats, the high dose group more significantly (P lt; 0.01); middle dose group and positive day pill group was also significant (p lt; 0.05); compare groups before and after administration of high-dose group most significantly (P lt; 0.01). Headache capsule, 80,40,20 times the equivalent dose equivalent adult (60kg) to rats continuously administered orally for 90 days and 14 days after withdrawal (recovery), rats were no deaths, general condition, no obvious abnormality animal body weight, food intake, ECG, blood changes, the results suggest that the recommended clinical dose does not produce significant side effects, and certain lipid-lowering effect.
