Abstract


Citizen education practice is the jiangsu provincial department of education center with the United States citizens signed a cooperation project. Citizen education thought is well-established, and along with the time, the development of the society constantly new interpretation. "Citizen education practice" is "citizen education" development till now, from the theoretical study and practice of the night to get a promotion, is also the ascension in the primary and middle school education citizens the specific performance. This must review citizen education of localization and internationalization, create democratic school culture, construct perfect citizen education practice system.
