Abstract


Develop the file information resources, and provides services for users, is the starting point and end-result of archives work. Along with the computer network and the development of the modern information technology, the file information service become a time in theory and two levels of complicated problem, the file information service knowledge navigation will become file using the key and key service. This article through to the files information service knowledge navigation related theory analysis, combined with the reality of our country to construct our country's file information service knowledge navigation model for research, such as Internet navigation mode, file reference model, self-service file information service mode, personalized information service mode, professional archives information service mode, etc., and from the collection, technology, talent, the legal system, capital five aspects to protect the files information service the realization of knowledge navigation is discussed.
