Abstract


As China's economic and social development , the continuous progress of material civilization , the people on the spiritual needs of the increasingly high demand for cultural consumption become an indispensable part of modern society . Cultural institutions for the archives should also adapt to the trend of the development of the times and social progress , reform and innovation , not only to meet the needs of the work of the party and government organs to society should also go to the public , to let people know of the whole society archives understanding of archives, the use of archives , archives become part of people 's cultural consumption , become the veritable public archives service for the people . Is our archives to transform service functions , toward the road of public service . The cause of our files from the founding to the present experience from a closed to an open process .
