Abstract


With the rapid development of modern industry , the pollution of the surrounding environment are becoming increasingly serious , the serious impact of the coordinated development of the economy and the environment , people more and more attention to environmental assessment before the project construction work . Environmental assessment of the economic and environmental benefits of the construction project coordination , the coordinated development of economic construction and environmental protection . This paper describes the basic principles of fuzzy mathematics , Sichuan-based Shui Limited mabian phosphorus ore mining and dressing project , for example , the use of fuzzy mathematical evaluation method and evaluation method of single factor index of mine surface water and atmospheric environmental quality status evaluation. The results show that : the mine surface water environment is of good quality , are in line with the the class Ⅲ waters standard ; atmospheric environmental quality . Fuzzy mathematical evaluation methods to better solve due to the uncertainty caused by the difficult exact expression of ambiguity can make up for the lack of single factor index evaluation method , and more realistically and objectively reflect the status quo of Environmental Quality . The results of this assessment for government decision-making departments to provide a reasonable basis for the supervision and management of the mine environment data , and has important theoretical and practical significance .
