Abstract


Corporate environmental information disclosure enterprises to promote exchange of public environment , corporate social responsibility to the community on a regular basis , through some form of disclosure of the impact on the natural environment in the course of business operations . Corporate environmental information disclosure system is a new corporate environmental management system, it is generated based on the theory of sustainable development , corporate social responsibility and environmental right to know . Countries such as the United States, the European Union , Japan, Indonesia and the Philippines corporate environmental information disclosure system development as well as our enterprise environment information disclosure system of legislation and practice , China 's corporate environmental information disclosure system in legislation and practice the following issues : the legal system is incomplete , the relevant provisions of the specific corporate environmental information disclosure , procedures, responsibilities and imperfect relief ; disclose environmental information of the number of enterprises , corporate tampering falsification of environmental information , public participation are not enthusiastic .
