Abstract


Since reform and opening, China's economic growth has brought the people's living standards improve and the improvement of social welfare, however, followed by a series of environmental problems, environmental quality is worsening. At the same time, awareness of environmental quality requirements are increasing. Therefore, economic growth and environmental degradation Dilemma between concern, relationship between the two studies discussed in various fields has become a hot issue. Since the 20th century, since the 1980s and 1990s, the level of environmental monitoring technology advances, people are able to get a lot of information on environmental quality monitoring of empirical data. Thus, scholars have begun to use these data to analyze the quality of the environment and the relationship between economic growth. Firstly, the establishment of environmental pollution assessment indicators, on the basis of the cointegration analysis methods for investigating China's economic growth and environmental pollution relationship. Studies have shown that environmental pollution negatively correlated with income per capita GDP, per capita GDP is positively correlated with the previous, and the latter's influence was stronger than the former. In common with the previous period under the influence of economic growth is still increasing environmental pollution caused by emissions of the important reasons. With the adjustment of industrial structure and the various environmental policies, although the current economic growth on the environment had a positive impact, but due to the early growth of environmental pollution caused by the base of a very large, making a positive impact on the current performance of this comparison weak enough to offset the previous economic growth caused by environmental pollution, environmental pollution will continue to show deterioration. Through the relationship between economic growth and environmental pollution in the analysis of the formation mechanism of the hope for China's industrial policy selected to provide a reference path. The Government should further deepen economic reform, economic development to a certain extent, especially when faced with significant environmental pressures, economic reform will inevitably come back to the economic development strategy, which is to improve the quality of the environment plays a very important role. Accelerate economic restructuring, new economic components to be in favor of environmental protection oriented. Readjust the industrial structure, the proportion of secondary industry narrowing in the trade of industrial restructuring, which focuses on narrowing the proportion of polluting industries to reduce pressure on polluting industries, vigorously develop clean production and circular economy. Relying on technological progress to strengthen environmental protection, environmental policy to guide the use of technology innovation, improve and strengthen the enforcement of environmental regulations.
