Abstract


Membrane bioreactor (membrane bio-reactor MBR) technology has many advantages than traditional methods, and is now widely used in the treatment of domestic sewage and industrial wastewater. This topic will anoxic / aerobic process with membrane bioreactor combined effects of the system on the treatment of domestic sewage and artificially mixed brewery wastewater. At the same time, the of different nitrification liquid reflux ratio and the influent volumetric loading of pollutants removal. In the system during the treatment of domestic sewage, COD, ammonia, turbidity removal efficiency are good, the average removal rates were 86.5%, 98.4%, 99.14%, and from nitrification liquid reflux ratio. With the nitrification liquid reflux ratio to improve the removal efficiency of the system of TN is increased. When the nitrification liquid reflux ratio reaches 300%, the removal efficiency of the system of TN reached 80%. In the system during the treatment of brewery wastewater, COD, ammonia, turbidity removal are good, and the average removal rate of 95.74%, 97.84%, 99.5%. Meanwhile, the system also has a good denitrification effect. The influent volume load increased removal of contaminants little effect. When influent COD volume load is gradually increased by 1.5 kgCOD / (m3 · d) After five stages 3.75kgCOD / (m 3 · d), water is always maintained below 100mg / L. Running process, the sludge load has remained below 0.45 kgCOD / (kgMLSS · d), so as to ensure that the system of organic removal, COD removal can be maintained at more than 94%. Anoxic zone nitrate sludge load is maintained between 0.13 ~ 1.55/kgNO3--N / (kgMLSS · d), the denitrification efficiency remains above 90%, and its load is 1.5 to 20 times of the traditional process, so the system having the ability to handle high loads sewage. Although the the aerobic zone pH value between 5.8 to 7.1, but the system can still maintain good pollutant removal efficiency. System rely mainly on the removal of pollutants biochemical role and strengthen the role of the film, including biochemical role of a dominant position. This system will be applied to the jet aeration stars mounted membrane bioreactor, greatly improving the oxygen transfer rate and the utilization efficiency of the dissolved oxygen in the reactor is sufficient, the jet aeration, and the shearing action of the circulation pump so that sludge is cut into small particles, greatly improving the biochemical performance. Compare the effect of the new film and old film of the processing of the raw water, the results show that the role of the membrane cake layer is greater than the role of mechanical screening of the film, in engineering applications, can be cost lower membrane module, to improve the economy sex.
