Abstract

This article grasps through the author’s theory and experience for beginning, take the first material data as well as the domestic estate management development situation as the basis, to the abundant source property company external environment, internal condition, the company’s advantage and disadvantage, the national policy trend, the Boyuan company’s original strategy as well as the market competition situation and so on. has conducted the qualitative quota generalized analysis using the competition situation matrix and the SWOT matrix method, show Boyuan company enterprises should choose to use external opportunities to improve their internal management, more active marketing strategy for the WO conclusion of Boyuan company development mission and strategic objectives.
