With the rapid development of cross-over study in many related areas of modern communication science , computer science , space science , marine science , earth science disciplines and integrated applications , people can make more use of the propagation characteristics of radio waves in the ionosphere , to complete long-distance communication , over-the-horizon detection, a wide range of navigation activities , ionosphere of human production and life have become increasingly prominent . Meanwhile, due to the complexity of the structure itself in the ionosphere , so that radio wave propagation in the ionosphere by some interference . For example , the phase spectrum pollution broadening a great impact on the detection of the target . Study radio waves in the ionospheric propagation process in order to enhance the adaptability and anti-interference ability of ionospheric propagation environment , pollution by phase correction algorithm has important implications . The work done in this article include the following aspects : 1 . Overview of the ionosphere . Respectively, from the case of the seven aspect of the formation of the ionosphere , the structure of the ionosphere , the Doppler effect of the ionosphere , the factors affecting the ionosphere , the state of the ionosphere , the ionospheric model as well as the ionosphere measurement of ionospheric brief introduction to a more comprehensive understanding of the physical state of the ionosphere and the characteristics , and to lay the foundation for further research . Elaborate ionosphere on radio wave propagation . The object of the research is the propagation of radio waves in the ionosphere , the ionosphere during propagation of radio waves is necessary . First, a brief introduction of radio waves the obliquely incident as well as scattering situation . And then focuses on the radar echo ionospheric effects , including the ionosphere on the radar back to the spectral amplitude of the ionosphere on the radar back the influence of the spectral phase , and the impact of the ionosphere on the high-frequency radar work . Research phase contamination correction algorithm , focusing on one of the characteristics of decomposition and phase gradient method for simulation and discuss . Firstly, the mathematical model of the phase pollution , and then introduced to understand the method of phase pollution using MATLAB simulation experiments using eigenvalue decomposition method and phase gradient method simulated sea clutter sinusoidal signal , the phase signal added to the target information correction , as well as the performance of these two algorithms algorithms analysis .
