Abstract

Salt stress can cause the plant tissue polyamine levels , while the exogenous polyamines processing can enhance the resistance of plants to salt stress , but exogenous polyamines mechanism is unclear . This selection Arabidopsis (Arabidopsisthiliana) study comparing different concentrations , different types of exogenous polyamines using different concentrations of salt stress in Arabidopsis seedlings endogenous polyamine content of Arabidopsis seedlings salt damage mitigation effect; determination and exogenous spermine alleviate the Arabidopsis salt damage combined method to study the relationship between polyamines and salt Tolerance . The results are as follows : 100 mmol / L NaCl stress on Arabidopsis seedling growth was significantly inhibited compared four kinds of different concentrations of exogenous polyamines - putrescine ( Put ) under the same conditions , cadaverine (Cad), Asia spermidine (Spd), spermine (Spm) the Arabidopsis seedling salt damage mitigation effect , found plus 0.01 mmol / L Spd, 0.01 mmol / L Spm in varying degrees, can increase seedling root elongation and fresh and dried weight, of which 0.01 mmol / L Spm effect more significant; but 1mmol / L Put and 0.05 mmol / L Cad role relatively insignificant . Arabidopsis seedlings under different concentrations of NaCl treatment three forms polyamine content were measured , 50 mmol / L NaCl stimulus perchloric acid soluble conjugated Spd accumulation , in addition , with the increase in salt concentration free state and perchloric acid soluble combined with state Spd content decreased significantly Spm contents gradually increased ; 150mmol / L NaCl treatment seven days the free Put lower than the same period in the control , in other concentration and time of processing conditions , three forms Put content will remain basically unchanged . The three forms of CAD content in all treatment conditions, are not significantly changed. Bound compared with the free state and perchloric acid soluble , perchloric acid insoluble bound polyamines more stable and less affected by salt treatment . With the treatment time , the total polyamine content decreased . Exogenous administration of 0.01 mmol / L Spm to Arabidopsis seedlings damage to 100 mmol / L NaCl stress significantly alleviate the effects , not only can effectively inhibit MDA content in the leaves rise and increase in membrane permeability , but also reduce plant body content of Na ~ increased accumulation of K ~ to reduce the plants of Na ~~ / K ~~ the results showed that exogenous spermine alleviate the damage of salt stress on Arabidopsis seedlings through the regulation of ion balance .
