Abstract


Objective To investigate the scope of application of the negative pressure liposuction techniques in orthopedic clinical applications , operative technique and the prevention of complications , to guide clinical work to get the best cosmetic results and minimal complications . 2005-2007 orthopedic Methods A retrospective analysis and summary of the use of negative pressure liposuction techniques to the treatment of 95 cases of patients with different diseases : simple line tumescent anesthesia under negative pressure liposuction patients 71 cases , suction parts 148 ; utilize particles of fat sucked out of 24 cases of injection transplant patients , comprehensive analysis and evaluation of patient weight , suction parts , injection volume of tumescent anesthesia solution , the amount of liposuction , surgical methods and techniques , complications, postoperative effects and other indicators . Results of the group a simple line the tumescent anesthesia under negative pressure liposuction local complications occurred in patients with a total of 11 cases , the incidence rate of 15.4% , and were followed up for liposuction patients 3 months to 12 months , by the surgeon fewer complications , skin retraction obvious skin surgery area is flat , to good effect , surgeon satisfaction rate of 78.88% ; 2 particles sucked out fat injection transplantation 24 patients , six cases of postoperative local complications , the incidence of 17.1% after three months follow-up observation filling parts of improvement in depression compared with preoperative , intraoperative satisfaction rate of 70.85% in this group of 95 patients after surgery ; 3 . morphology satisfaction rate of 76.84% , which for men gynecomastia higher treatment satisfaction rate reached 87.5% , only localized fat deposits underwent liposuction surgery satisfaction rate of less than moderate obesity better skin elasticity postoperative satisfaction rate for body slim . Body Sculpture conclusions . The tumescent anesthesia under negative pressure liposuction can not only significantly improve the local fat accumulation and the aspirated fat fat filling can take advantage of to improve the local depression , fewer complications, is a safe, effective surgery ; 2 . treatment of some special cases better than traditional treatment modalities in clinical use .
