Abstract


Objective: by studying essential hypertension (essential hypertension, EH) and their levels of interleukin -6 ( IL - 7 ) content in the circulating blood of patients with coronary heart and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) relationship to exploring IL-7 in the pathogenesis of essential hypertension in essential hypertension complications and vascular endothelial function changes the relationship between . Methods: 50 cases of patients with essential hypertension trials , including : hypertension in patients with a group (ie, hypertensive disease patients ) , 25 cases , 25 cases of hypertensive patients with coronary heart disease patients and healthy normal controls The group of 20 patients . The serum IL-7 and VEGF concentrations were measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay , the differences among the groups indexes . The results were statistically analyzed using SPSS11.5 software . Results: 1. Primary hypertension test serum IL-7 levels ( 105.30 ± 15.77 ) pg / ml and VEGF levels ( 11.58 ± 5.22 ) ng / ml IL-7 levels higher than the normal control group ( 71.15 ± 7.01 ) pg / ml and VEGF levels ( 2.58 ± 0.66 ) ng / ml , P lt ; 0.01 ; hypertensive patients with coronary heart disease group , serum IL-7 content ( 119.78 ± 6.44 ) pg / ml and VEGF levels ( 16.18 ± 2.57 ) ng / ml , were higher than IL-7 levels in patients with hypertension in a group ( 90.82 ± 5.41 ) pg / ml and VEGF levels ( 6.98 ± 2.25 ) ng / ml , and normal control group , P lt ; 0.01 ; hypertension a serum levels of VEGF and IL-7 levels were positively correlated changes , r = 0.481 P lt ; 0.05 ; hypertensive patients with coronary heart disease group levels of VEGF and IL-7 concentration is further increased , r = 0.558 P LT ; 0.01 . Conclusion: elevated serum IL-7 levels may be involved in the occurrence of essential hypertension development through a series of inflammatory reactions affect vascular endothelial function changes caused by the occurrence of the elevated VEGF secondary and essential hypertension complications .
