Abstract


Property Law of March 16, 2007 by the introduction of a new way of security - a floating charge . Floating charge is a creation of the guarantee system of common law countries, on the basis of jurisprudence , \Floating charges over the course of its run as a new system , there must be inadequacies must gradually be perfected with practice . This article floating mortgage system definition, origin , characteristics , value and other issues are discussed , and provisions were made based on the theory that the system is running and other countries investigated . In the analysis of the system of floating charges put forward suggestions and comments to improve our system of floating charge on the basis of our practice and legal requirements .
