Abstract

In the 1960s , a common malignant tumor of domestic violence in this world , many countries have developed a special law to combat domestic violence , including the scope of the domestic violence cases , manifestations , social assistance , access to justice , legal responsibility specified in the fight against domestic violence . The other hand, China, since the 1995 World Conference on Women after the start on this issue systematic study of a large number of Western theories formed based on the Constitution , led to the Marriage Law , across the civil , criminal, administrative and so the legal department of a multi-level domestic violence legal relief system. However, the system of the lack of proper law , specific responsibilities are not clear , no special forensic measures .
