Abstract

Intellectual property mortgage is transferable intellectual property right of pledge on the subject is set to be secured creditor 's legal system , it is the realization of exchange value of intellectual property to create the conditions . However, due to China's current IPR pledge system is not perfect, is not enough in-depth theoretical study of market players and financial institutions, lack of awareness , lack of practical experience, as a kind of intellectual property rights and allows the country has not become an important security tool. In view of the above background , this paper pledge on the existing legal regime of intellectual property research aimed at detailed interpretation of the laws of intellectual property pledge theoretical system , explore a supplement and perfect the legal system and our pledge Rules of Practice of the road.
