Abstract

Socialist spiritual civilization as well as civic and moral construction has always been an important issue in my country. Since the founding of the PRC, especially since the reform and opening up, our civic and moral construction and practice of education, it is a relatively common understanding is the tendency of a \beyond the acceptable level of the majority of the members of the community.
