Abstract


With the rapid development of the Internet and computer technology, governments around the world to give a high degree of attention to the construction of efficient e-government system. At the same time, China's e-government construction has entered a stage of rapid development. While a large number of e-government system marks the completion of the development of electronic government gradually mature, but the early development of the system, because of the design and technical constraints and the formation of many independent islands of information. Interconnection system can not, can not provide the public with a one-stop service, the integration of e-government. Solve these problems can not simply be abandoned or reconstruction method to deal with the old system, but to seriously consider how to use state-of-the-art technology, design a both integrated with the old system, the new system at the same time can be easily extended. It is also at this stage challenges of e-government construction. Traditional systems integration often tightly coupled distributed computing component model such as CORBA, interoperability and scalability of the poor, higher cost of integration. With the emergence of technologies of Web services (Web Services) and continuous improvement, to put forward a more complete, integrated solutions to provide technical support. Web service has changed the traditional application integration point-to-point integration approach, in a loose form of bundling of services, it is possible to quickly develop, publish, discover and dynamic binding application. Good interoperability and encapsulation, loose coupling structure, low-cost, standard protocol specification and the high degree of integration and so on, so that Web services in e-government construction irreplaceable advantages. In this paper, the Web service architecture and composition, as well as the existing integrated mode analysis, combined with the specific characteristics of the Web services technology, e-government system integration framework based on Web services model GSIA was. This paper describes the framework model and its characteristics involved in the framework of a number of key technologies in-depth analysis of the summary and effective method for the smooth implementation of the framework in the actual project has laid a good foundation. Framework of key technologies include: implementation of Web services, Web services registry and Web services security. Then, GSIA model and key technologies in the actual project \The goal of the system is three separate petition system, functions of packaging and integration via Web services. Users through the unified entrance of the site, the request of the petition on the different departments and query results. Needs analysis, to determine the overall flow of the system and the corresponding system functions. Application Integration Framework model and then design the architecture of the overall system. Then the petition system to achieve a detailed description of the specific development of the technical architecture and functionality, including the implementation of Web services and access, Web services publishing and search, the realization of the petition Service Agent and Web services security implementation.
