Abstract


In recent years , China 's manufacturing industry has developed rapidly, many world-class manufacturing companies have major manufacturing base built in China . With the influx of foreign capital , advanced production and management technology experience was introduced into China, lean thinking is one of them . Lean logistics management is a relatively new issue . The so - called lean logistics , lean thinking applications in logistics management , it is not a separate optimization of a particular aspect of the logistics management , but application of lean thinking in the establishment and implementation of the entire enterprise logistics management system , the system as a whole revolutionary transformation . This paper first reviews the supply chain management and logistics management concepts and theories, and then describes the emergence and development of the the Toyota Motor lean manufacturing systems and lean thinking , and in particular to discuss the meaning of lean thinking to make . On this basis , the paper presents the focus of this study : to apply lean thinking in the logistics management of the enterprises in the supply chain environment , the formation of a new logistics management mode - Lean logistics management . The research focuses on three important elements : First, give a precise definition of lean logistics and make a detailed statement of its connotation ; Second , lean logistics system to achieve the specified three more state-of-the-art solution: Value Stream Mapping analysis method , vendor managed inventory the law ( VMI ) and recycling pick-up method ( MILKRUN ) , and the latter two detailed mathematical analysis and discussion , prove superior to the traditional logistics management methods ; Finally, the implementation of lean logistics management system for the enterprise the constructed embodiment system, and to give a specific embodiment of the basic flow . Papers integrated explore the theories, methods and implementation of lean logistics , lean logistics in a more comprehensive and in-depth research , both the optimization and improvement of enterprise logistics activities , or the theoretical study of lean logistics management has a very important significance .
