Abstract


Third-party logistics as a superior logistics model since the 1990s by theorists attention and widely used in the industry , is an important development in logistics development direction , has broad market prospects , the development of third-party logistics is a system works. This paper uses a combination of normative and empirical analysis methods, while the use of comparative analysis . First, from the third-party logistics enterprise definition of the concept , discusses the third-party logistics to guide our work meaningful specific meaning , as the theoretical basis for analysis of the full text of our third-party logistics enterprise development history of some sort , analyze our third party logistics development status and problems . Specific to the right of third-party logistics enterprise development strategy chosen study , this paper analyzes the main use of empirical methods , and found the problem and to make rational development of third-party logistics enterprises strategic point of view.
