Abstract


Vocal music which throughout the history of music developing is a kind of comprehensive form of musical art. It’s different from neither the poetry nor the instrumental performance which has its own independence on styles, rules, principles and performances. It’s valued by blending poetry with music and lyrics with melody. Meanwhile, vocal music is also an embodiment of stage art on practical ability. It’s comprised of the creation of works’lyrics and melody, further processing (second creation) and the final showing on the stage, on which process creating, expressing and feeling the beauty of music. Create beauty is in the songwriter and composer to have joint efforts and create good vocal art; the beauty of the Performance is understand the aesthetic feeling of performance and of works by impressive performer on stage. Feeling the beauty of music is a process of understanding the melody. However, this feeling is subject to one’s own esthetic sentiment, for the esthetic sentiment is up to everyone’s will and ideal. The re-creation of art has aesthetic principles which must follow the aesthetic values and appreciation. As the aesthetic appreciation and the performance of vocal music is complementary to each other, vocal music is not only vivid but also concrete. This paper will talk about the composition, creation, performance and aesthetic appreciation of vocal music, then illustrating them in detail to study the relationship between each other.
