Abstract


The purpose of the development of flow cytometry Q - prep sample preparation Reagents and imports the original reagent than its effect , so that imported reagents domestically, reducing reagent costs . Methods of analytical grade reagents used in flow cytometry Q - prep sample preparation instrument of A , B , C three reagents , the reagents and imported original reagents BECKMAN flow cytometry in 30 healthy subjects lymphatic cells and their subsets , precision, accuracy comparative analysis . And with reference to the 2000 edition of \Sample sample homemade within six months of reagent preparation imported reagent preparation induced in the detection of T lymphocytes ( CD3 ) , secondary / T lymphocytes ( CD3 CD8 ) , suppression / cytotoxic T - lymphocytes ( CD3 CD4 ) parameters no significant difference ( P > 0.05 ) between the results are highly correlated , r > 0.9 . Conclusion homemade reagents to achieve the effect of imported reagents , its stability up to six months , from the pre-treatment with the United States Coulter flow cytometry specimens reagent can replace imported reagents .
