Abstract

Bayberry (Myrica rubra Sieb.et Zucc) for the Yang meko Myrica fruit trees, our country has always useful bayberry root, stem, fruit, medicinal treatment of colitis, bleeding, to stop practices such as joint pain, abdominal pain. Bayberry contains a variety of phenolic compounds, with significant physiological activity. The paper production in Wuxi water chestnuts kinds of bayberry as raw materials, mainly studied the inhibitory effect of the Bayberry alcohol extracts of different pathogens, and to further explore its antibacterial mechanism, designed to provide a theoretical basis for the further development of the Bayberry of natural corrosion bacteriostatic agent development and bayberry value of great significance. Ethanol as a solvent, continuous reflux extraction Bayberry fruit phenols and determine the best conditions for the extraction temperature of 50 ° C, the liquid to solid ratio of 5:2, extraction time 24h, resulting extraction rate could reach 10.34%, and further myricetin and tannin crude isolate its crude separation, extraction by liquid-liquid extraction, precipitation, using agar diffusion inhibition curve method, turbidity analysis bayberry fruit extract of several common antibacterial activity of pathogenic bacteria, bayberry fruit extract has good inhibition of Shigella Shigella, Salmonella typhi, hemolytic streptococcus and Staphylococcus aureus, E. coli and Aspergillus niger little antibacterial Bayberry flavonoids crude extract and tannin crude extract target strains of Staphylococcus aureus and other good inhibition effect; agar diffusion assay; through the double dilution method bayberry extracts of different strains of the lowest suppression bacteria concentrations were Staphylococcus aureus 1.29 × 10 -2 g / mL, Shigella dysentery bacillus of 5.17 × 10 -2 g / mL, Salmonella typhi 5.17 × 10 -2 g / mL, hemolytic streptococcus 2.59 × 10 -2 g / mL. The antibacterial the regulation experiments show bayberry fruit extract has good thermal stability; protease, active carbon pretreatment on Bayberry extract Antifungal little effect; role of time and the pH of the system significantly antibacterial results, the pH of the system to reduce, action time is conducive to the antibacterial effect of the increase; the bayberry extract has a significant inhibitory effect in the system of salt, sugar; in analog artificial intestinal fluid system, measured on the antibacterial effect with the bacterial culture medium, the antibacterial activity significantly different. Target strains Staphylococcus aureus, investigated the inhibitory mechanism of bayberry extract by GC-MS, SEM / TEM, found that the bayberry extract inhibition with change Staphylococcus aureus bacterial fatty acids, the integrity of the cell and respiration.
