Abstract


The oil business is capital-intensive , technology-intensive enterprises, determine the characteristics of technological innovation an important role in the development of the oil industry . Since the 1990s , the world oil industry has entered the era of high-tech win . International oil companies to solve many problems in the exploration and development and management decision - making through the use of high-tech , adapt to changing oil market . The past 10 years , Western oil companies development costs decreased by 40.8% , a 24 percent drop in production costs , the full cost decreased by 33.8% , we can see technological progress as the survival and development of the world oil industry in the volatile oil price environment , played the role of escort . This can be seen , in-depth , extensive and lasting promote the technological innovation activities of oil companies has a very important practical significance . But it is undeniable that the process of technological innovation is the coexistence of risks and benefits , due to the presence of uncertainties in the process of technological innovation , technological innovation has become a high-risk activities , therefore , the risks in the process of technological innovation analysis and evaluation , with a certain significance . In this paper, the current status quo of oilfield enterprises technological innovation as the background, at home and abroad in recent years, risk management, and the latest research results of the theory of technological innovation risk assessment , combined with the risks that exist in the current oilfield enterprise technology innovation process , analyze the reason for these risks , constructed oilfield risk of technology innovation evaluation index system, AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct the oil fields of technological innovation risk assessment model and an empirical analysis , on this basis , explore the oil field in technology innovation in risk prevention and control measures.
