Abstract


In this paper, originality data research enterprise development environment and entrepreneurs psychological , were investigated entrepreneurs satisfaction and the psychological determinants of health , and on this basis to explore the subjective satisfaction indicators and mental health objective indicators related and comparability . Examine the determinants of entrepreneurs overall subjective satisfaction : If entrepreneurs believe that the increasingly heavy burden of government intervention caused enterprises , entrepreneurs are more likely to be dissatisfied with , but if the burden on enterprises is getting lighter but not significantly affect the satisfaction of entrepreneurs degrees . Higher income and education levels are increasing entrepreneurs satisfaction is inverted U-shaped relationship between age and entrepreneurs satisfaction , sex, marital status and domicile nature of entrepreneurs do not significantly affect entrepreneurs satisfaction . On this basis , the article examines the determinants of entrepreneurs satisfaction , including entrepreneurs currently working in the current enterprise , his family satisfaction determinants . In the determinants of entrepreneurs Mental Health , based on the mental health scale by two dimensions of anxiety and depression first examine the level of mental health of the entrepreneur , a statistical analysis of possible incentives for entrepreneurs psychological problems . On this basis , the article examines the determinants of entrepreneurs depression and anxiety factors . The study found that , based on more objective indicators of Mental Health Scale anxiety and depression factors as explanatory variables , as opposed to the subjective satisfaction of self-assessment measure of satisfaction , the symbol of the most explanatory variables are not changed , However , some variables vary significantly . Finally, subjective indicators and objective indicators of mental health correlation test and regression analysis, we found that the satisfaction of entrepreneurs subjective indicators and Mental Health of objective indicators has significant correlation . The article concluded and pointed out that the policy implications of the conclusions of this study .
