Abstract

The land is the socio-economic development of the carrier, and the scarcity of land resources we use must be economical and intensive use premise. At present, China's urbanization process has entered a phase of accelerated development, the rapid expansion of city size, but extensive urban land use are quite serious, intensive enough. Therefore, to carry out urban land intensive use, improve the effectiveness of urban land to become the focus of attention of many experts and scholars. In view of this, as an indispensable part of the process of urban land intensive use, urban land intensive use potential evaluation is particularly important. In this paper, Anyang City, Henan Province (Wenfeng District of Anyang City, Long An District, North Gate area, Yindu District) land intensive use as the research object, on the basis of absorbing the advanced theory and research methods, systematic analysis of the information collected, the use of multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method to establish the comprehensive evaluation index system, Anyang City Urban Land Intensive Utilization and potential level of scientific evaluation. Evaluation of city disabilities intensive use the potential evaluation results obtained Anyang City, land-use potential and tapping the potential direction of Anyang City actually put forward practical land revitalize the program. This paper studies the idea is as follows: (1) analysis of urban land intensive use and intensive use of the connotation of the potential and the theoretical foundation, laid the foundation for this study. As can be seen from the simple data, Anyang City urban construction land intensity is not high, to be tapped potential. (3) Anyang City intensive use of land potential. Multi-index comprehensive evaluation, Anyang City, urban land intensive use of the potential level of grade Ⅱ, the middle level, the region is far from reaching land intensive use of the optimal state, widespread and extensive land use, inefficient use of land-use structure and spatial layout unreasonable, have a greater potential to be tapped; each jurisdiction potential water average between grade Ⅱ ~ Ⅲ grade, Long An area with the greatest potential (II level), followed by Wenfeng District (II level) , North Gate area (level II), Yin minimum (III), the regional tapping the potential of leading direction is also slightly different. (5) to develop countermeasures.
