Abstract


In recent years, the \Capital operation of the hotels listed company with a wide range of representation, as a research subject. For capital operation practice shows some of the problems, should the company's long-term development considerations, combined with the company's own situation, to explore the capital operation mode choice from a strategic height. Many scholars capital operation mode, but most of them focus on mergers and acquisitions, restructuring mode, and rarely involve capital operation mode selection problem. The hotel industry is characterized by capital operation of the hotels listed companies not only to achieve economies of scale through mergers and acquisitions mode, should also be used to manage the output mode to achieve the branding, the final group, network development.
