Abstract


After years of rapid development , the telecommunications industry has become the foundation of China 's social and economic development , pilot and strategic industries . However , after China's accession to the WTO , the telecom operators inefficient supply chain operations , has been unable to deal with the face of fierce competition , especially in low efficiency of inventory control is particularly serious . Basic inventory control strategy can not meet the requirements to further reduce inventory levels , procurement and inventory closely related to industry characteristics of the telecommunications industry to solve the problem of high inventory levels must start from within the procurement chain . Most of the study and practice of the telecommunications industry, inventory control and purchasing management is still a qualitative method to formulate rules and regulations , standardize processes , mainly quantitative research does not . This article will examine the focus on telecom enterprises based on the optimization of inventory control internal procurement mode , using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to consider the issue . First, an overview of the domestic and foreign stock control and procurement management history, current situation , as well as the latest trends , inventory control and procurement management discussion and on the basis of these theories . According to the results of the above discussion , the center of a multi-level library procurement mode and procurement based on option pricing model for the procurement of telecom enterprise under the administrative control of the relationship and equity control relationship . Under the administrative control of the relationship , the paper asked the provincial company in accordance with the \case of asymmetric information the newsboy model of the classic single-cycle random demand under improved , highlighting the problem of inventory holding costs , combined with the option pricing method , so that between the provincial and municipal companies , can still adjust the pricing strategy , the amendment needs estimation means to reduce inventory holding costs SC telecom inventory control and procurement management solutions , and finally introduces case studies . Through this research , draw conclusions based inventory control , telecommunications enterprise procurement model optimization can effectively reduce inventory levels .
