Abstract


SLM is a class of C-9 substituents flavonoid mixtures , a variety of liver toxicant -induced liver injury have a significant protective effect . Due to its water-insoluble lipid -insoluble nature of oral solid preparations are available in the market . In this experiment, obtained by means of conventional emulsion preparation reach stability requirements instances, the preparation of the drug for the intermediate compound of soybean phospholipid , greatly improving the SLM in soybean oil and medium chain triglycerides in the oil phase mixture solubility , and the single factor and orthogonal design based on the optimization of the preparation process , to 0.4% (w / w) oleic acid as stabilizer , 60 ℃ colostrum prepared by mixing stirring , and then high shear 10min under pressure 80MPa micro-jet homogenizer three times finally obtained good stability , in line with the requirements of SLM intravenous injection of emulsions . The effects of sterilization and subsequent storage conditions with N2 , breaking through extraction and gradient HPLC investigation to determine the accurate and effective method for the determination of the emulsion . Finally homemade further investigated the physicochemical properties of milk vein . Physicochemical properties include: identification of emulsion type , particle size and distribution, surface potential, viscosity and other rheological properties . These studies show that the emulsion of o / w type ; average particle diameter of 160 ~ 190nm, in full compliance with the standard injection USP , and the Gaussian distribution ; surface potential of -40 ~-50mV, -30mV better stability requirements ; viscosity of 1.50 ~ 1.55 mPa · s, is a Newtonian fluid through the needle is good. Also, illumination by high temperature experiments , experimental study of freeze-thaw cycle stability of emulsions that SLM Emulsion made ??in dark storage conditions at room temperature in less than 3 months to maintain uniform and stable size and changes in the content of the low volume at 1%. Preparation and properties of the emulsion for future visits bioavailability and targeting research foundation.
