Implants since 1990 has been used clinically as a new means of anchorage, which greatly facilitates the orthodontists and patients. In orthodontic treatment, implant other than as absolute support anti maximize adduction outside the front teeth, severe alveolar height disorders, such as lip - alveolar dysfunctional relationship due to gummy smile or deep overbite occlusal plane abnormality caused by severe open bite, as well as patients with long-term edentulous jaw teeth elongation require repair applications the implant anchorage teeth down mobile. In this study, dogs as experimental subjects to observe the micro-implant anchorage periodontal tissue alterations down the process of canines and RANKL expression in periodontal tissue changes, explore and analyze the movement of teeth. The contents are as follows: 1 application of micro-implant anchorage depression the canine incisors periodontal tissue remodeling experimental research purposes: the application of micro-implant anchorage depression canine incisors observed in depressed and teeth, periodontal tissue remodeling , provide a theoretical basis for implant anchorage depression dental orthodontic clinical applications and application guidance. METHODS: The experiment six dogs in both sides of the maxillary incisors third incisor labial alveolar septum implanted a miniature implant six maxillary incisors by an individual with a ring welded brackets and segmental arch wire continuous rolling and 120g force is applied on each side with a nickel-titanium tension spring. Dogs were put to death after the afterburner 0,1,3,7,14 and 30d take incisors and their periodontal tissue X-ray examination, and specimen processing, tissue sections, HE staining and RANKL immunohistochemical staining observed . Results: incisor apical alveolar ridge at the top of the most active periodontal tissue remodeling, the main bone resorption; addition the incisors Chune side periodontal tissue has also undergone a significant renovation activities. Conclusion: The application of implant anchorage depression canine incisors, incisor addition to the vertical downward pressure on mobile, but also the crown lip to the root of the tongue to the rotation for the orthodontic clinical application of the method, a certain significance. Down tooth force value is too large, will lead the root apex absorption, and therefore should be the focus of attention in the clinical application value of size choices and should be used whenever possible the persistent power down teeth. Experimental research purposes of the application of micro-implant anchorage down the dog teeth periodontal tissue remodeling process: application of micro-implant anchorage depression dog premolar observed depressed and teeth periodontal tissue alterations, for the the implant anchorage depression teeth orthodontic clinical applications provide a theoretical basis. Methods: six dogs around the third before both sides of the maxillary molars the buccal and palatal bifurcation implanted a tiny implant, rubber chain across the teeth occlusal force, force control to 100 g, respectively. 0,1,3,7,14 and 30 days after the afterburner killed a dog, take the third premolar periodontal tissue X-ray examination, and specimen processing, tissue sections, HE staining and RANKL immunohistochemistry staining. Results: third molar apical furcation and alveolar ridge at the top of periodontal tissue remodeling is the most active, mainly for bone resorption; Chune side near and far side of the periodontal tissue remodeling was not significant. Conclusion: The application of implant anchorage before depress dogs third molars, teeth occurs only vertical down move. Down tooth force is too large, will lead to the root apex absorption in the clinical application should focus on the choice of the size of the force value, and, as far as possible, the persistent power down teeth.
