Abstract


Of the role of the surrounding environment is very sensitive to many factors (such as a long-term exercise training), can cause brain synaptic number of oligodendrocyte, the axonal myelin permanent change, but the blood vessels and brain astrocytes Cells change is temporary. Suitable for the long-term exercise training helps the brain plasticity in these changes to nerve growth, neural regulation and protection of the process, and the cerebral cortex structure may have a good impact on the brain increase the handling capacity of the information.Testing the protein expression characteristics of rat under different swimming models and studying influence mechanisms of different swimming model on CeA. Establishing rat swimming models: intermittence swimming and persistence swimming,.using ABC specific immunochemistry methods to observe the expression changes of c-fos protein of CeA and analyzing the data and figure by figure analysis system and statistics software. The result show that.the expression of Fos is not obvious in rat CeA of control group, while The expression of fos increases significantly in model group. Fos expression reaches peak after 60 mins and then falls in persistence swimming group; the peak timing of intermittence swimming group is same as that of persistence swimming group, fos protein expression quantity at each timing point of intermittence swimming group is significantly . Higher compared with that of persistence swimming group. The peak difference is significant between two model groups (p<0.05). Conclusion intermittence swimming has more significant impact on c-fos protein expression of rat CeA. Suggestion Movement intensity is positively correlated with c-fos protein expression.
