Abstract


Hypertension is a common and frequently occurring hazards to human health , and can cause serious heart , brain, kidney complications , stroke , a major risk factor for coronary heart disease . At present, China has 200 million patients with hypertension , and every year there are a considerable number of new cases , suggesting hypertension prevention and control of the crowd is an urgent task . In recent years , Chinese medicine treatment of hypertension made ??great progress in clinical and experimental aspects of Chinese medicine treatment of hypertension , a lot of the literature review and focus on an overview of the Chinese medicine medicated bath treatment hypertension , carried out on the basis of clinical observation . Objective: To observe the effect of medicated bath on the hypertension ( hyperactivity card ) , efficacy and safety . Methods : 72 patients with hypertension ( vacuity pattern ) were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 36 cases , the treatment group and the control group were treated with Adalat ( nifedipine GITS ) 30mg orally once while the treatment group received traditional Chinese medicine medicated bath each morning and evening time to soak the foot. The control group was given warm water morning and evening foot bath . Each time 20-30 minutes. The course of treatment was 28 days. During the test should not be used any other antihypertensive drugs . The results : the treatment group and the control group in the TCM syndromes are highly statistically significant ( p <0.01 ) , the treatment group than the control group . The treatment group and the control group in the blood pressure efficacy is highly statistically significant ( p <0.01 ) , the treatment group than the control group . Conclusion: Chinese medicine bath is effective , the safety of Chinese medicine for the treatment of hypertension ( hyperactivity card ) .
