Abstract


Nanotechnology , biotechnology , information technology and cognitive science - based technology has been recognized as the world is the fastest growing and most promising technology , the convergence of four technology fusion technology will be under the auspices of a technology emerging technology revolution . In December 2001 , the United States organized a scientific leaders from more than 80 different areas , industry experts and policy makers gather a four major areas of convergence may prospects and forecasts for the changes brought about by the human . At this point, the development NBIC convergence technology has been incorporated into the basic strategy of the Europe and the United States and other countries . Analysis and study of this phenomenon and its social impact , positive significance for our future technology development and social progress . This paper consists of five chapters , the first chapter provides a brief analysis of the technical implications of the historical evolution and the history of the system , and analyze the interaction between technology and society . Chapter 2 analyzes the connotation of converging technologies on the new trend of converging technologies , and systems analysis of the structure of the NBIC the four areas of convergence . The third chapter discusses the converging technologies on social innovation ability , the model of economic development , education reform , human beings and their lives , sustainable development and national defense and security and other aspects of the positive social impact of converging technologies may also bring negative effects made the necessary interpretation . The fourth chapter focuses on the development of the United States , Europe and India converging technologies countermeasures , in order to provide for the development of China's development of converging technologies countermeasures experiences and learn from . Finally, in the fifth chapter analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of China's development of converging technologies , and put forward suggestions for China's development of converging technologies from countries , scientific research departments , enterprises , public education , and domestic and international scientific and technological resources .
