Abstract


After the disintegration of the Soviet Union , along with the change of regime change and political struggle , political parties representing different political interests and experiences form a split , combination of the development process. From political parties and intuitive, complex , static and dynamic changes in the Russian political development can be seen as well as the evolution of the Russian party system . Russia's authoritarian president , the formation of a single party , the coexistence of multi-party political system , this system is to adapt to the current stage of development , and has its own rationality . However, a single party , multi-party political system is not stable coexistence , political parties in the country's political life in Russia is still marginalized , mature party system will take a very long way to go , but on the whole, to the establishment of a mature the development of a multiparty system goals . This paper summarizes the different stages of the evolution of the Russian party system , the electoral system and the Russian government from the party examined two aspects of the phenomenon of political parties in the democratic development of the role , finally, introduced in Russia 's Duma elections on 2011 projections and the Russian party system under the influence of various factors on the development prospects .
