Abstract


The President of the United States to publish annual \As it involves a complex political struggle , such discourse is always rich interpersonal meaning . The interpersonal meaning model under the framework of the paper uses systemic functional linguistics mood and modality of the \The analysis in three levels of grammar and vocabulary , semantics, and context , on the one hand, the main form of interpersonal meaning analysis , to explain the reasons the other hand, in the context level , systemic functional linguistics theory to analysis of political discourse . Part in the tone of analysis , the article summarizes the main tone of discourse type , and go into the interpersonal meaning ; different , according to the subject and the limited ingredients , elaborate representations tone of discourse imperative function . Modal analysis part of the article from the type , orientation and the value of the three aspects investigated modal \high value such as modal . This study systemic functional linguistics framework used in the analysis of political discourse , both for the President of the United States , \related fields provide a reference , have some significance in both theoretical and practical level .
