Abstract


Witness the right to refuse to testify about the case and there is the ability of people to testify , because compliance with the statutory obligation to testify case may legally removable , the right not to testify . This paper analyzes the witnesses and witnesses refusing to testify in criminal concept of the right and the relevant country-specific criminal rights system refusing to testify , witnesses refusing to testify in criminal discusses the theoretical basis of the right to exist , and our witnesses refusing to testify in criminal right system for which legislation envisaged .
