Abstract

As China's \Distinction between ownership management body is to distinguish between people of all legal systems, building management is an important relates to the distinction between ownership of each person's vital interests, is to distinguish between members of the human rights of ownership to exercise an important way. Therefore, this paper based on the level of legal research on the distinction between ownership groups who manage the basic problems to be studied. Text includes an introduction, body and conclusion of three parts, of which the text is divided into four chapters: The first chapter introduces the distinction between ownership of people management groups to establish the basic theory. People management bodies distinction between ownership of condominium ownership is established on the basis of the theory, which by the owners and the owners' committee composed of the General Assembly. The prevailing theory is that now, including proprietary ownership of condominium ownership, common part of decentralization and members of the right holders. Condominium ownership theory is that, in order to safeguard the common order of life, co-ordination between the interests of each other, give full play to the function of the various components of the building, you need an organization beyond the individual to deal with common services, which is a concrete manifestation of the right member, Owners also distinguish autonomous management of all buildings reflected. The second chapter is about the nature of the owners and owners of the Commission's position, which is the study of the owners and the owners' committee meeting starting point. After comparing national legislation, this paper considers the owners' meeting and the owners of the nature of the Commission for non-body corporate positioning, more beneficial. The third chapter focuses on the owners and owners of the establishment and functioning of the Commission. The fourth chapter discusses all the owners of the highest home rule - Management Statute. This section mainly describes the management of the Statute of the legal nature of the development, content and effectiveness.
