Abstract


With the development of economic globalization, the increasingly fierce market competition, competitive intelligence has become the fourth pole after following the talent, capital, technology, enterprise development. Social networks are information exchange and resource utilization network of relationships between people, gaining access to a very important source of competitive intelligence and tools, is an important strategic resource for business competition. Competitive Intelligence is embedded in the social network, social network morphology, key resources, and so on will affect the success or failure of the competitive intelligence activities. Human intelligence network is not only an important platform for enterprise competitive intelligence activities, organization of internal knowledge management platform. Human intelligence network in the competitive intelligence activities, especially for sensitive information collection and analysis of competitors, plays an irreplaceable important function. Therefore, research and development and utilization of human intelligence network to carry out the work and the development of Information Science in China competitive intelligence has an important theoretical and practical significance. For these reasons, we try to learn from the field of sociology of social network analysis method, the characteristics of competitive intelligence, human intelligence network build theory and running mechanism such as in-depth analysis, in order to promote competitive intelligence, interpersonal network research constantly to new breadth and depth and expand. This paper is divided into five parts: The first part of the study based on the topic of human intelligence network of the social network. The article demonstrates the theoretical and practical significance of the social network of human intelligence network research, analysis of research trends at home and abroad, the research ideas, research content. The second part introduces the basic knowledge required to study human intelligence network, including the concept of human intelligence network, the basic elements and research and development of human intelligence network significance. The third part is the key part of the article, reading large amounts of data literature summarized based on social network theory of human intelligence network theoretical model, to further expand research-based. Finally, future research directions, gradually go deeper and to the subject. The innovation of this paper is that diversity and particularity of competitive intelligence activities, the introduction of capital theory in the social network theory, structure theory, theory and central analysis technology to the field of information science, and the process of competitive intelligence activities construction and analysis of human intelligence network. The shortcomings and deficiencies of this article is that the complex system of human intelligence network, using various methods such as small group technology, structural index from many angles to explore, only the application of the central indicators technical parameters, which is The next step requires research.
