Abstract

This article is based on the impact of the digital TV technology for the rule of law programs, discusses the development of digital TV era of the rule of law programs both macroscopic and microscopic changes. This paper argues that, compared with the traditional analog television to digital signal for fundamental rule of law program has undergone tremendous changes. In the face of such changes, the paper pointed out that the rule of law programs should first improve gradually from the ideas that reform program connotation, function, purpose of positioning, the use of new communication technologies, establish a new communication, business philosophy, highlighting audience analysis, legal cultural guide and commercial operation of the program. In addition, due to the various forms of rule of law programs, a specific form of the rule of law programs should accordingly improved. This paper attempts to show for the rule of law is the most common, the greatest impact of several types were elaborated and analysis, and pointed out that the rule of law in the different types of programs in the digital TV era should have different injection focus, such as the the documentary class rule of law program should The use of digital technology to restore the true, good documentary; the argument class rule of law program should focus on the story of the case narrative art; ready to come out of the professional channel of the rule of law should continue to prosperity. The first part, the author pointed out that the current has entered the era of digital television. Digital TV from generation to development has experienced only a few years of history, but has become an irresistible force for change by the television industry, in various parts of the world have a far-reaching development. In China, the state for the development of digital television has always held a positive attitude to promote, at all levels of government has introduced various policies to support development of digital television, in such conditions, the rapid development of China's digital TV. With the development of digital television, digital TV television transmission is inevitable, from the production of the program to television advertising, TV broadcasting digital TV and a huge change. The second part, the author stressed that the rule of law programs as one of the type of TV programs, no doubt with the change of television transmission and change. However, although the rule of law programs should be potential to change a lot, but there are still many factors contrary to the digital TV era, such as single topics, scarce professional channels of the rule of law and so on. Naturally, these factors hindered the sustainable development of China's digital TV era of the rule of law programs.
