Abstract


The Chinese nation has a culture of unity , while the nation has a rich national culture and regional characteristics . Therefore, our cross- national exchange of intercultural communication feature . Currently , the changing process of economic and social modernization of China 's ethnic minority areas accelerated state stability . Among them, in addition to the endogenous motivation , cross- national exchange is very important external driver . At present, the economic and cultural exchanges between the various nationalities in the boom, which is in interpersonal inter - ethnic folk cross- national information dissemination basic status precisely . Perspective of Communication Studies , from the cross-cultural communication theory , analysis of the basic conditions of our cross- national exchanges , and expand the interpretation of the exchanges between the external environment - socio - economic and cultural dissemination system . At the same time , select the inter- ethnic people within Lhasa Balangjie geospatial interpersonal communication as a case study of the non - Tibetan floating population in the local geo relatives, the industry margin of three types of interpersonal communication : social interaction as well as tourists and local residents . The study found that the inter- ethnic interpersonal concept of transformation and modernization of the local Tibetan youth , women 's groups played a catalytic role . The same time, inter- ethnic interpersonal communication as belonging to different ethnic and cultural individuals directly , macro - driven of minorities social residents from the traditional to the city changes , but also to some extent bring traditional local residents and city ??- differentiation .
