Abstract


China is a large agricultural country.Throughout the ages, all dynasties or government emphasis on rural governance. Village-level governance through a long, complex and tortuous process of development, different historical periods formed a distinctive management mode. Study on the village-level governance mode, in-depth analysis of the historical development and internal logic of village governance, and the future direction of village-level governance, to better instruct present village management.In this paper, governance theory as a starting point, the integrated use of political science, sociology, management, economics and other disciplines of a variety of methods and theories to study the history of village governance in China, analysis of the development of the influencing factors and internal logic to summarizes beneficial inspiration and experience of the development of contemporary village management.
