Abstract


With the acceleration of economic globalization,more and more people realized that no company can become the best one in the world in all field, only by advantage complementary, can increasing competition together. So some pioneer company in the world transfer their old management method which is responsible for design, manufacture and sales to creating best cooperation relationship with the supplier and sales in the world, make long-term strategic federation and become advantage community with them. So a typical management idea presentation of“transverse unit”-global manufacture chain is becoming a part of global company management system.Supply chain focus on creating core company strategic cooperation relationship with the most outstanding company and relegate some business to these companies, saving own company energy and all kinds resources to improve key business which can bought special value and specialize in this field than competitor by re-design business flow. After this improvement, not only can increase own company competition but also can benefit other companies on this supply chain.The most directly and the most profound effect of supply chain idea to enterprise is the decision-making though method changing of enterpriser, from conventional closed longitudinal though method to transverse opening method. Production plan and control is an important content of enterprise management, so supply chain management though must bring big effect to it without doubt. Compare with conventional company production plan and control, there are big difference between the new production plan and control method which under supply chain management mode, focus on information source, information integration method, plan decision mode, plan running environment and production control way etc.In this paper we analyze the difference between conventional production plan control method and supply chain management though firstly. And then analyze the new requirement to production plan and control which offered by supply chain management. Give a new general mode of production plan and control which can used to supply chain management environment according to supply chain management requirement and analyze the typical of this mode. On production control side, give a coordinate control policy-information tract system for increasing information sharing and communication. Hope can bring some suggestion for new production plan in supply chain environment after researching.
