Abstract


The economic development of the theory and practice has proved that the shareholding system is the most important form of capital organization of modern enterprise system is an effective model to improve the system of property rights and corporate governance . Rural Commercial Bank of China 's rural financial reform achievements , China 's first rural commercial banks from Sunan Nong has made great achievements since the firm was established by the restructuring of rural credit cooperatives in southern Jiangsu . With the full liberalization of financial markets , the rural financial market competition will become increasingly fierce in the fierce competition in the , Su Nannong firm showed many problems . The reason is mainly the original problem on the institutional legacy of the rural credit cooperatives caused , Su Nannong the firm 's existing reform is not thorough enough , need to continue to deepen the joint-stock reform . The best choice from the view of the requirements of the market economy and the establishment of a modern enterprise system , the joint-stock Sunan rural commercial bank reform . In this paper, a method of combining theory and practical description of the shareholding of great significance to promote the healthy development of the commercial banks from the perspective of the system of property rights theory and the theory of corporate governance . Combined with the the Sunan Nong firm 's actual situation , this paper analyzes the problems of rural commercial banks , mainly exists in the governance efficiency , quality of personnel , profitability , financial innovation , risk management , and to explore the internal and external reasons , we find that the absence of property rights , commissioned agent lack of effectiveness , equity structure is irrational , the incentives are not in place , limited financing channels , policy , and for-profit uncoordinated Sunan Nong firm above . Thus, we analyzed the joint-stock reform and the importance of the commercial banks in rural areas in southern Jiangsu , on the basis of the results of the joint-stock reform Sunan Nong firm further illustrate the need to deepen the the Sunan Nong firm joint-stock reform , the paper also discusses the Sunan Nong firm shareholding reform effective way to continue to deepen - the listing of , and future development opportunities brought about by the joint-stock reform Sunan Nong firm .
