Abstract


Chongqing auto industry made significant progress since the reform and opening up, more and more importance in the local economy. Chongqing municipal government to the automobile industry has been established as the first pillar industry of Chongqing and strategic industries. However, the domestic and international competition faced by the automotive industry in Chongqing has been very intense. Evaluation and research is very important at this time of Chongqing auto industry cluster competitiveness. This paper studies related to three issues: (1) According to the Chongqing overview of the development of the automobile industry cluster, qualitative analysis of the overall competitive advantage of the cluster; (2) comparing the country six typical automobile industry cluster, and quantitative analysis of the automotive industry in Chongqing the cluster competitiveness qualifying analyze the relative advantages and disadvantages; (3) in the development process in the automotive industry cluster in Chongqing, proposed some countermeasures and suggestions to enhance their competitiveness. In response to these problems, the paper uses the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis of Chongqing Automobile Industry Cluster Development Status. First, focus on the characteristics of the cluster in five aspects, namely, natural resources, industrial base, leading core enterprise, manpower and R \u0026 D conditions and policies. On this basis, the use of Porter's \With the further deepening of the empirical research, comprehensive utilization of the raw data of the same period provincial to select locations coefficient to determine the function and strength of China Chongqing Automobile Industry Cluster using AHP Analytic Hierarchy Process and select competitive evaluation to establish a comprehensive evaluation index system. Finally, select the value of the evaluation of the spider diagram Comprehensive Evaluation Method for comprehensive evaluation analysis, draw intuitive graphics. Graphics based on quantitative analysis and evaluation of the competitiveness of the automotive industry cluster in Chongqing and the relative advantages and disadvantages. The results show that: (1) according to the analysis of the current situation of the Potter \Chongqing auto industry cluster competitiveness evaluation model of industrial clusters, empirical analysis relative to the national of six typical automobile industry cluster strengths and weaknesses that the comparative advantage of the auto industry in Chongqing that the two aspects of the industrial scale and clustering capabilities factors does not have a comparative advantage in the evaluation of the economic benefits of technological innovation and brand factors or at a relative disadvantage. This conclusion: Chongqing automobile industry cluster has some competitive advantage, competitive evaluation ranked fifth in the country's six typical automobile industry cluster, but there are still many areas of improvement. In this paper, the relative advantages and disadvantages of using the advantage to build a platform for innovation; promote industrial upgrading, increase economic efficiency; seize the policy opportunities, increase government support; effectively promote cooperation, improve the clustering capabilities in four areas enhance the proposed Suggestions Chongqing automotive industry cluster competitiveness. In this paper, the development of the automobile industry cluster in Chongqing status quo, the relative strengths and weaknesses and the competitiveness of the sort and compare, multi-angle analysis, and on the the national six typical automobile industry cluster competitiveness horizontal empirical research, more accurate and objective the study of the strengths and weaknesses of the automotive industry cluster in Chongqing. Provide a new idea for the study of the competitiveness of the automotive industry in Chongqing as an attempt to provide some scientific basis for its development and a useful reference, academic and practical significance.
